Demosthenes James Peterson is Director, Corporate Advisory Services at the Eurasia Group in New York City where he manages development and execution of the firm’s political risk research and advisory services for corporate clients.

Prior to joining Eurasia Group, Dr. Peterson was a Senior Political Scientist at the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, where he managed the firm’s Environment, Energy and Economic Development Program. Dr. Peterson frequently speaks to and writes for industry, policy, and academic audiences and his work has been cited by the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, “NOW with Bill Moyers,” CNN, and in the United States Senate.
