Kashif Hasnie is a Futurist specializing in exponential technologies vis-Ã-vis water, energy, and food security. Currently he is a consultant with the US Department of State. As a Senior Fellow at CUSA, he will be focusing on water issues in South Asia primarily on shared waters between India and Pakistan. Some of his other research affiliations include Center for Asia Pacific Policy at the RAND Corporation; Program in Arms Control, Disarmament and International Security at the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign; and Centre for Developing-Area Study at McGill University, Canada. He is a frequent presenter at major academic and policy related conferences and often invited for his powerful analysis by major news channels, including BBC and VOA. He will be attending the Graduate Studies Program (GSP12) at Singularity University in Moffett Field, CA.
